PEAK SEASON:

  • Memorial Day holiday weekend through Labor Day weekend.
  • Weekly Rentals:
    • Sunday (check-in is 3pm) to Sunday (check-out is 9am).
  • “Don’t Wait! Book Today!”

Weekly Rates: $2,550* + 5.5% tax

* Cleaning fee of $300 for all rentals

OFF SEASON:

  • 2 Night minimum.
  • Daily rental rates off-season are $350*/night.
